I have been going to The Hifi Shop for a number of years now and the service has consistently been excellent. I originally reached out to Alex to see if he could replace the front screen on my Naim Uniti 2 after it dimmed to the point of being unreadable, this was done quickly and to a high standard. Not long after he also fixed the CD transport for the same unit, he also updated the firmware as part of his service. I recently bought another Naim unit from him and a new turntable and phono stage, the price was extremely competitive on all of these and the advice Alex gave me over the phone to set the turntable up was invaluable.
