When am I entitled to a refund?

If the item doesn't match the description
- It doesn't do what the salesperson or description said it was meant to do
- The item must be returned within 30 days if this is the case
I have changed my mind, can I exchange or receive a refund?
- Retailers are not required to allow you to return an item you have simply changed your mind about. However, feel free to call us on 07 5437 9790. Please note, there may be a restocking and shipping fee associated with change of mind returns.
My product is faulty can I return it for a refund?
- Yes, faulty items can be returned for a refund however the product must not have been used outside of its intended design purposes. We must be notified within 30 days for a refund.
- In most cases we will exchange the item for a new product if it's within 7 day period as we consider the product dead on arrival. Post this time the product will be repaired under warranty.
