I have been going to The Hifi Shop for a number of years now and the service has consistently been excellent. I originally reached out to Alex to see if he could replace the front screen on my Naim Uniti 2 after it dimmed to the point of being unreadable, this was done quickly and to a high standard. Not long after he also fixed the CD transport for the same unit, he also updated the firmware as part of his service. I recently bought another Naim unit from him and a new turntable and phono stage, the price was extremely competitive on all of these and the advice Alex gave me over the phone to set the turntable up was invaluable. Alex is a pleasure to do business with and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
