The AT-VM95E/H is a ready-to-play headshell and cartridge combo kit — the AT-VM95E dual moving magnet cartridge arrives pre-mounted on the AT-HS6BK headshell, so you can fit it to your tonearm and be playing records in minutes with no alignment headaches.

Fitted with a 0.3 x 0.7 mil elliptical stylus, the VM95E's specially wound coils deliver a strong 4.0 mV output alongside excellent channel separation and low distortion. The dual magnet design mirrors the left and right stereo channels for precise imaging and faithful reproduction of even complex musical passages. Whether it's the subtle brush of a snare or the deep resonance of a bass guitar, the VM95E retrieves it all with clarity.

The durable low-resonance polymer housing minimises unwanted vibration, and the AT-HS6BK's aluminium die-cast body adds further damping. Threaded inserts in the cartridge body mean it mounts securely with just two screws — no nuts or washers required.

What makes the VM95 series especially smart is its built-in upgrade path. Because all VM95 cartridges share the same body, you can step up from the bonded elliptical stylus to a nude elliptical, micro-linear, or Shibata profile at any time — simply by swapping the stylus. No realignment required. There's even a 78 RPM stylus option for shellac collectors.
