The AVR-X2900H is Denon's latest mid-range X-Series AV receiver, built on over 110 years of Japanese audio engineering. Engineered and signed off by Denon's Sound Master at Shirakawa Audio Works in Japan, it brings a genuine step up in performance over its predecessor — with a new 32-bit 8-channel DAC architecture, upgraded power supply, and increased power transistor headroom. The result is more dynamic, controlled, and tonally coherent sound across movies, music, and gaming.

Using the included microphone, Audyssey measures each speaker and optimizes system response, delivering clear dialogue, cohesive surround sound, and properly balanced effects. For expanded control, the AVR-X2900H supports an optional upgrade to Dirac Live Room Correction.
